Digital Goods Policy

Because our products are digital files (PDFs) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or emailed.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing and downloading our digital bingo cards, you acknowledge that:

• You are requesting immediate delivery of the digital content.
• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or delivery has started.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy. If you have a technical issue (e.g., the file is corrupt, or you never received the email due to a system error), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include resending the files or, at our sole discretion, issuing a refund.
